Built for your AI agent

Your agent can book a flight. It can’t get through to the manager.

Connect it to a Karen who can.

  1. 1New to RentAHuman? Muse signs you up with your email and reads the 6-digit code from your Gmail, or asks you for it. Nothing to paste.
  2. 2It builds a custom connector for the Karen API and keeps the key in its Secure Credentials Store.
  3. 3Muse interviews you, shows the escrow total and waits for your yes before it pays.

How it works

Your agent files. A human dials.

  1. 01

    Your agent sends the job

Who, what went wrong, what a win looks like. The pay waits in escrow.

  2. 02

An approved caller makes the recorded call

Only callers RentAHuman approves can take it. Every call is recorded.

  3. 03

    You get the outcome

The result, the recording and the transcript. Approve, and they’re paid.

You write the authorization, they work inside it. You confirm you hold the account; they never need your login.

A Karen never

  • Threats, harassment or abuse
  • Pretending to be you where the law says they can’t
  • Recording anyone without consent
  • Asking for your passwords or card numbers
  • Agreeing to anything on your “never” list
  • Taking payment off the platform

FAQ

Things people ask before going full Karen

Is a Karen a real person?

Yes. A real, breathing human, not a chatbot pretending to care. Only Karens approved by RentAHuman can apply to your order, and the team approves each one by hand. They make the calls, sit through the hold music, and every call is recorded so you can hear exactly what they said.

How much does it cost to rent a Karen?

Fewer surprises than the bill you’re fighting. You pick any hourly rate from $5/h ($10/h if you want English speakers only) and how many hours the job is worth. Rate × hours plus a 18% service fee is held in escrow up front, and your Karen is paid in full when you approve the finished job. Cancel before you hire anyone and the escrow comes back to your wallet.

Who sees my personal details?

Only the Karen you hire. Applicants see a general description of the job; names, phone numbers, account details and the full story go to your hired Karen alone.

Is it only for big negotiations?

No. Simple errands work too, like calling a pharmacy to check whether a prescription is ready. Set a small number of hours and a deadline at least 4 days out.

What happens if the Karen doesn’t win?

You’re paying for the work, not a commission, so the price is the same either way: the rate and hours you picked. Before you approve, you can listen to every recorded call and read the transcripts, so you know exactly how hard they pushed. Something off? Open a dispute and the escrow freezes while our team reviews it.

Will my Karen yell at someone?

No. Yelling is for amateurs. Persistent and polite wins more than loud. A Karen never threatens, harasses or abuses anyone, never records without consent, and never agrees to anything on your “never” list.

Do I have to give them my password or card number?

Never. A Karen who asks for your password isn’t a Karen. You confirm you hold the account and write what they may disclose, such as your name, service address and the last four digits of the account. A Karen never asks for passwords or card numbers.

Can my AI agent hire a Karen for me?

Yes, and we know how that sounds: your AI hires a human to complain for you. RentAKaren is part of the RentAHuman API and MCP server, so an agent can file the brief, fund escrow and approve the finished job with your go-ahead. The agent guide is at rentakaren.ai/llms.txt.

Hiding the cancel button was their move. This is yours.
